How quickly will I see results?

Your ads go live within 48 hours of onboarding for both plans. What happens after launch depends on which plan you're on.

Standard Real optimisation typically kicks in around the 6 to 8 week mark, once we have enough click and conversion data to act on. Budget is rebalanced monthly and you receive a monthly performance summary.

Premium Same 48 hour launch, plus weekly budget rebalancing from day one, a weekly insight card in your dashboard, and 24 hour turnaround on campaign changes. You see early signal faster and we move on it sooner.

Do you offer account setups?
Yes. If you don't already have Google Ads, Meta Business, or any other platform account we'll be using, we create and configure them during onboarding at no extra cost. If you do have them, we request manager access and pick up where you left off. Either way the accounts are in your name and you keep all the data, ad history, and pixel learnings if you ever leave. You're never locked in.
Is my ad spend budget separate from your fee?
Yes, completely separate. Our flat monthly retainer covers strategy, ad creation, management, and the APP dashboard. Your ad spend is billed by Google, Meta, and the other platforms directly to your card. We never take a percentage of spend.
What industries do you work with?
Any SMB doing $1M to $10M in annual revenue. We see the strongest results in construction, trades, professional services, hospitality and retail. Our platform mix is tuned to your specific industry, not a one-size-fits-all template.
What's the minimum monthly ad spend?
We recommend at least $1,500/month in ad spend on top of the retainer. Modern ad platforms run on machine learning, and machine learning needs data. The more clicks, impressions and conversions running through your account each day, the faster the algorithms identify winning audiences, creative angles, bid strategies and platform splits. Below that threshold the system simply can't separate signal from noise, and you end up paying to teach it instead of paying for results. Under $2,000/month we focus on 2 platforms (typically Google + Meta) to keep the data dense enough to learn from. Above $3,000 we expand to 3 to 4 platforms based on your industry.
If it's AI-powered, why do I need you?
AI is excellent at generating ad variants, testing them, and reallocating budget based on what's working. What it can't do is understand your business, your customers, or your brand voice. A human approves every ad before it goes live, owns the strategy, and steps in when AI suggests something off-brand, off-budget or wasteful.
Is the dashboard available on mobile?
Yes. The APP dashboard runs in any browser and there's a native iOS and Android app. Most clients check it from their phone in the morning. Clicks, leads, spend, top performing ads and campaign health all on one screen.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. We ask for 30 days notice so we can wind down campaigns cleanly, transfer accounts properly, and hand everything back to you with documentation. You keep the accounts, the data, and the creatives.
